Umami Endless Sushi and Hibachi Restaurant and Bar

Wow. Super surprised in a good way. The rolls were great and fresh. We eat sushi once a week and I make it at home. They had some roll combos I've never had. So it was refreshing. Prices were great and surprisingly service was pretty good. Despite a half full room and being new. Cant wait to go back. Will edit if experience changes and or declines. Good pr bad.

Gave a solid 4! I do NOT endorse “all U can eat” establishments but in this case, it is a bit different. Yes, it is all U can eat but what’s different is, U order every piece, meaning food was prepared to order and not sitting under a sneeze guard for anyone to breath on. Food was fresh (as I’m very critical on sushi), roll was a bit tall so I was thankful I have a big mouth. Sushi was NOT a huge ball of rice but proportioned with proper ratio of rice to fish balance. Soup was flavourful and hot with Kani salad a decent portion and presented well as was the sushi. Service was attentive and I was payed a visit from Heather (Manager) which she had a good positive energy level and pleasant smile as she checked on my visit. I was alone and they made me feel welcome and comfortable which is very important to this business. I had lunch 2day but will B back for dinner soon so look for me to find out the scoop! Worth the money so great value here! Mind U this location has only been open for 2 weeks! Job well done!!!

My family went for my Birthday. The food is great and service was great. The portions are plentiful. The atmosphere and decor modern clean and inviting. The staff needs to understand their menu better. I know it is new and just getting started. I would encourage anyone to go and check it out for themselves. Thank you had a very nice Birthday dinner.

Came in for my birthday with a party of 10. The service was outstanding, staff was so friendly, water was always refilled before we even needed to ask. The endless sushi menu is an incredibly great value, so many options to choose from! Everything we had was amazing and we will definitely be back for more! Rachael was our server and she was extremely helpful with explaining the options and rolls! Love this place!
P.S. Volcano roll is the bomb! ????

We went during the soft opening hoping this will be a regular dining place since we love Tsunami. Tried 5 types of the rolls- volcano, cucumber, salmon, sweetheart, and yum yum. Checking this weekend on hibachi for a comparison. Call outs at the moment are as follows: wish the basic rolls had a description like all the chef rolls so that you know exactly what’s in it without having to ask. Also wish the volcano had a little more sauce. It’s missing a little more flavor that you get with the same item at the competitor. There’s a little too much cream cheese in a couple rolls for my taste. But the other ingredients were proportioned well. the rolls are all a perfect size. Prices aren’t bad at all, staff is friendly and knowledgeable for starting out, a little over eager on accommodating but they are trying to get the feel as well, so I’m ok with it. The decor and seating are nice. The menus are full of options. Everything is clean and the fish looked and tasted fresh. :) You can even sit by the sushi makers and eat while you watch. The music was good, lighting good, And the chandelier at the entrance is a nice touch. Can’t wait to try more of the menu. Enjoy!!
