Officially my new favorite burger joint in DTSP. (Usually my go-to is Engine No.9 but that they don’t have milkshakes and it’s very limited seating). But I digress, I was very very pleased with Fords Garage. I came in with low expectations, but boy was I surprised. The ambience is pretty cool, it’s vintage auto decor. Very casual and laid back.

I built my own burger with cheese and bacon and requested the Pretzel bun ????. It was delicious and cooked perfectly (medium). I ordered the milkshake (I asked for extra chocolate) and it came out perfect. Their wedge fries are “OK” I got the truffle ones and they tasted pretty good. I prefer regular fries though. Hubby ordered the Bleu Burger and he loved it, he gets the lettuce wrap instead of the bun (and he’s not normally a fan of burgers anyway so that said a lot).

My main critique here is the server disappeared for 10-15 min after taking our drink order. We were ready to order pretty much from the start. It was a Saturday evening — which I understand — but the server could have checked on us more often. But aside from that I was very pleased with the meal. I’ll definitely be back!

Great food! Loved the Estate Burger! Great flavor and presentation (which isn't always up to par through Uber Eats). My only complaint is that I asked for my burger well done, it came almost medium rare.

Great burger as always and good sides. Like that you can get turkey, chicken, Impossible, etc. as a choice. I ordered a whiskey sour from the $5 call drink list. It was undrinkable-very strong on the whiskey, not sour, but very salty. Our server, Joe, went out of his way to try and make it right, including bringing me extra lemon and sour mix, but it was beyond redemption. He cheerfully took it away and removed it from our bill. I then ordered a sangria, and which was fine. Great service!

Deep fried pickle spears are great! Pulled pork sandwich was very tasty. Tuna appetizer was delicious. Will come back to this place for sure. Lots of burgers on the menu also. Gotta try that next time they look amazing.

Specialty burger joint that is now a growing chain restaurant. The ambience is nice, but a little too loud for us. The cars were neat and any car guy will enjoy it. The bar tenders and waitress were awesome... seriously great people. Would be happy to return if in town again.
