I appreciate their prompt response (thank you) and normally do not like to leave negative reviews, especially for small businesses. I neglected to say in my original review that the space is really cute and very nice to have a quick meal. We were just thrown off by the service. The next day was much better and the food was really good— especially the pesto. I changed my initial stars because I would return if I lived in town.) Wish I knew how the food was but waited in line and they stopped taking food orders because they were backed up. Waited fifteen minutes per their instructions and then waited in line again and they stopped taking orders again AND ran out of ingredients. Walked out after waiting 45 minutes for nothing. They need to learn how to manage customer flow much better.”
