Green Pagoda

Went for dinner on a Tuesday evening.
Very spacious and open! Nice decor.

To start we got the green papaya salad which was delicious! Loved the sauce.
For entree we got chicken clay pot, and the Mexican roll.
The chicken clay pot seemed like it was Penang curry just served in a clay pot — not that it was cooked in the clay pot. The sauce for the dish was too thin, and overall dish was too sweet. It needed some spice to balance off the flavors. The Mexican roll was good.

Fusion Asian eatery. Trendy setting and very busy. The ingredients are fresh and dishes look nice. Prices are on the high side but the portion is generous. However, the pork belly is a let down, the meat is dried, the skin and fat didn't have the melt in your mouth texture. Also the food is bit salty.

Went to Green Pagoda for a weeknight dinner with family. The ambiance is beautiful. Great cocktail menu. We all enjoyed our food which included dumplings, Tom yum soup, sushi rolls and the snapper with risotto. The only reason I give it a 4 and not 5 is because they were out of the papaya salad and also said they were out of all the dessert items. That was disappointing. Overall, still a positive experience.

A great experience! The restaurant is extremely cozy and well decorated. Our service was efficient and kind and the food was amazing. Sushi rolls were fresh and nothing too crazy. We had pad Thai, dumplings, spring rolls and edamame which were all delicious as well. I love a good Asian restaurant and these guys are absolutely providing an amazing dining experience for St Pete’s to enjoy.

Was so good!! We’re in the neighborhood and had to try it! We got vegetable dumplings which I was so excited to try, and my boyfriend got pork belly buns to start. They were absolutely delicious and the buns were super soft! Best pad Thai I’ve had in the area and the lobster risotto was so cheesy and good! Definitely a must try and is a beautifully designed place!
