Chili's Grill & Bar

I got to take my BEST FRIEND OUT TO EAT. WE HAD A GREAT TIME and the food was filling. Even had cheesecake 4 dessert...which was unexpected????

They are courteous especially the older gentleman greeter that seated us. He was so delightful, friendly and entertaining. Our waitress was super. Nice dining experience.

The order was messed up but they compensated for it. I will return. Join the club for free chips and salsa, otherwise you pay for it.
Update: I removed a star because of recent visits. I went last week and the service was terrible. The waiter was not attentive and we had to get a hostess and another server for service. The food was good, but not hot. We left a not so stellar review on the kiosk. Chili's apologized and gave us a perk of a free appetizer. So, we went back yesterday and had great service and the food was good. You would think they redeemed themselves. They would have but the fry cook didn't have my food ready with the order. Everyone was half way done before I even started. The waiter apologies, even though it is out of his hands. Management needs to work on some things. I'm not a picky person, but I shouldn't be served half way through a meal either.

The food is good. Barely worth the price. I also noticed that the menu seemed small. I could not find the some of the items that was recently advertised on TV. Maybe it was just at certain locations or only available for a short period of time. I had the steak with was cooked to medium but could have used a little more seasoning. The veggies were average. Sweet tea perfect. Over all experience was good.
