Palace Italian Restaurant North

I suppose this is more authentic Italian but it is just not to my liking. I ordered the ham and pineapple pizza and the antipasto salad. The pizza was too cheese forward for me and it did not pair well with the pineapple. The ham was little shreds and got lost in the cheese. The antipasto salad had so many ingredients but very little lettuce. There were a lot of mushrooms and marinated eggplant slices. I liked the addition of artichokes. There were three or four different meats including salami and ham but one meat was almost sour tasting. I prefer more lettuce. The toppings were not cut up so you get big pieces of meat and cheese and vegetables. I wouldnt say it was terrible but I will not be going back.

This place is amazing! We come here during busy times.... during their down times and we have never had bad service or bad food. The waitresses know us almost personally now but they treat everyone wonderful. The owner comes out to check on things often to ensure everyone is enjoying their meal. That means a lot. Love the atmosphere and everything about this place... Did I mention the food and wine is spectacular!!! Come enjoy!!

We had a blast. Great food and lots of fun. Could have been just our group of 5 but the other folks seemed to be enjoying themselves as well.
