Charley's Philly Steaks

Was here a month ago and went back yesterday and it was a huge improvement in speed and accuracy....I’m glad I went back cause there bacon 3 with bacon cheese fries are incredible...and there strawberry lemonade is one of a kind....well done with the improvements keep up the good work.

The Philly wasn't bad. It wasn't knock your socks off either. Surprisingly, the wings were better than their namesake sandwich. A bit pricey for quality overall.

I love wings and I’ve ordered them two days in a row. Great both times!! HOT and fresh!!

BUT...customer service has issues. On both visits (drive thru) I had to repeat the order three times. And on both visits I specifically asked for Blue Cheese dressing with the wings. Both times they came without it. The second time, I checked before I left. Not there... Had to ask for it again (nice lady responded quickly!!)

Now I’ll admit, both times, I waited until I got to the window to ask. So maybe it’s not showing in the bag because it’s not on the ticket... Then again, I’m not being asked when I order if I want any sauces. So....??‍♂️

I see that the owner is responding to all of these comments. That’s what prompted me to write something. In my first two experiences at a Charley’s (ever), I was missing items. First impressions are critical!!!

I’ll be back...I’ll order the same thing...and I’ll update this review.

UPDATE:
It’s been about a month and they’ve really hit their stride. I’ve been back a number of times, and most of the time, the order is perfect. On occasion I have to remind them about a sauce or side, but mostly they’re no problems anymore! Great food and service!!

Never had Charley’s before so I wanted to try it out. Food was amazing and service was quick. Staff was very nice as well. Definitely coming back!
