A-Train BBQ

I love this place! Great staff, always friendly good atmosphere . If you want good home cooked food , breakfast , lunch or dinner this is the place to be. Easy to order for pick up and they have always been "ON TIME"!! Glad to see them open. This is what this plaza needed.

We stopped in for breakfast. French toast was served cold but the whole inside was cold. Food was marginal wait staff was very attentive. Ceiling fans and intake grates were filthy and watched pieces fly off ceiling fans. Also there was no health inspection posted that I could find. Probably won't be back.

Excellent food. Great family friendly atmosphere. BBQ is amazing and they have several barbecue sauces made in house to complement. Daily specials are always a great choice and a delicious all-you-can-eat Fish Fry on Fridays.

The restaurant was neat and clean and my waitress was very pleasant and efficient. I received my order in minimal time. All was very good except for the sausage patties which more closely resembled hockey pucks. They were so hard I literally broke a tooth. I showed my waitress the piece that broke off. They did offer to remove the sausage from my bill but since I did consume them I insisted on paying for it. Even with this unfortunate incident I would not be opposed to returning thanks to the rest of the food being very well prepared and the very pleasant wait staff.

I love this place! The people are super friendly. The food is great. We eat here at least twice a week. The best ribs in Lakeland and they have awards to show for it!!
