The food is great, but you aren't going to build good customer rapport if you have to keep asking the customer over and over what they ordered 30 minutes before. “Our first visit to the new digs. There was a pack house so we ate outside. Glad it was nice outside or it could have been brutal. I gauge my BBQ on brisket. I got the dinner plate that consisted of some moist and meaty slices. Very tender and enough smokey flavor. My sides were the coleslaw and collards. Both really good. I would have preferred a bit of ham hock in the collards. My wife got the pulled pork with fries. She really like both and said fries were really crispy. We got a side of fried green tomatoes. A bit small as they were cut in half but tasty nonetheless. They had a variety of sauces to choose from. I had the Rump Roaster as it was their "hottest." Good but not hot.”

I do not advise getting any deep fried food, it tasted like dirty grease and was soggy and very greasy. The burger came out really pink, sent it back but it still was a little pink.
