(April 18, 2019, 7:57 pm)This place is a great, refreshing stop. They have some amazing fresh smoothies, made with real fruit and healthy add-ons like ginger, turmeric and protein to name a few. Also have fresh squeezed juices. For some edibles they have sandwiches and soups or if you want something a little lighter they have protein scoops of chicken or tuna. I love the Mango Tango smoothie.

(March 22, 2019, 4:54 pm)This place is excellent treasure in Winter Haven! I have been here only twice and I am hooked. I will continue to visit as they have great options for everyone. I tried the 5 Karat Gold Juice and the Beetle Juice, both are great!! I got the Green Jeans for a couple skeptical co-workers and they loved it.. My boss asked me to place an order for the staff next week...so I'll be back again soon!!

(February 21, 2019, 6:20 pm)We absolutely love this place! Every time we are near Bambu Café we stop in! The ingredients are so incredibly fresh and crisp! The owner remembers is every time and asks how we are doing! If you are in the area, you need to stop! Get a Smoothie or a Chicken Salad sandwich... Or really whatever you want! No matter what you get, I guarantee it's fresh and delicious!
