Burger King

The employees are always friendly and the restaurant is always clean and tidy. That being said, they are constantly running out of items on their menu (sausage biscuits for example) as well as basic things like condiments. They also have a huge TV that is stuck on C.N.N. news all day and it is so loud that it is difficult to hear those with me when they speak to me. I don't want to listen to any news at all while I am eating, much less have it blasted so loud that it might cause hearing damage.

Food was good. Extremely slow service. Ordered a unsweet tea and was given sweet. Employee replaced the sweet with no problem.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! Food was great and bathrooms are clean! Employees at this location are very nice and know how to treat customers. We would highly recommend this Burger King when visiting the Winter Haven Florida area. This location is short drive from Legoland Florida Resort.

Traveling through the area, decided on this place for the convenience and accessibility. Very glad we did. The employees were great. They got our rather large order correct the 1st try, which is rare these days. So that helped in keeping our day a happy one.
