“Best fast chicken you can have in the area. Comparable to a Popeyes, Krispy Chicken offers chicken, tenders, shrimp, red beans & rice, mashed potatoes, macaroni & cheese. “This is a nice little restaurant. It looks dated and could certainly use an upgrade but, the food makes up for it. The food is really. I ordered the Guacamole and Chips to start and it had really good flavor. I ordered 2 Carne asada and 1 chorizo taco, Mexican style, they were really good. The salsa picante (hot sauce) tastes homemade and was also really good. They have have a good size menu, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. They seem to close a little earlier than other places, so make sure you check the times. Cresent City doesn't have many choices for restaurants, this one is good and reasonably priced.”

“I had the Menudo. It was pretty good. They had generous portions tripe, plenty of limes, and some chopped cilantro and other vegetables to add as desired. The dish also had some knuckles. I didn't really know what to do with them, but it did not take away from my enjoyment. One of my daughters had a beef burrito and the other daughter had 2 steak tacos. I tried some of both their dishes and liked them.”

“Server was friendly and knowledgeable. We we're a party of 10 with only 1 other table in the restaurant when we went (mid-week evening). I had the fish basket that included 2 pieces of code, fries, 2 hush puppies, and slaw. I also ordered a cup of clam chowder. The chowder arrived barely warm. The fish was taste and not only. The fries seemed to be double fried and good. The hush puppies were served burnt. I tried 1 but was not good. Others ordered off the menu and commented their pork chops we're overcooked (ordered with some pink in the middle but came overcooked and somewhat difficult to cut). Atmosphere was beautiful and believe our experience was an anomaly. Will try it again when we visit again. Trust these comments are accepted in the spirit of improving their operation to eliminate what we experienced is an anomaly.”

They are closed Saturday and Sunday. Monday and Tuesday they are open from 9 am to 3 pm Wednesday thru Friday they are open from 9 to 8 pm .”

As for the review which says we use "hamburger meat" for our PHILLY CHEESE STEAKS...couldn't be more wrong NEVER EVER! Just furthest from the truth than ever.100% thin sliced Philadelphia chessesteak !!! But on the plus..now..we do make Fantastic hand patted cheese burgers!!!
