Golden's Soul Food

Have heard wonderful things about this place, and couldn’t wait to try it. We went last Sunday, but it was already closed…oh the disappointment. Today I was so excited I was dancing in line while giving my order. Let me tell you, it was totally worth the wait. It was every bit as good as I had heard, and will definitely make it a frequent stop. You just can’t find good food anywhere, like you do at Golden’s. Thank you for making my heart, and stomach, smile!!!

Had the BBQ Rib dinner with mac and cheese, and candied yams. Everything was fantastic, especially the ribs! They were so tender and flavorful.

Friendly service and clean.

My family and I are traveling from FL back To VA, and we wanted some southern food. This place came up on google and we decided to jump off the highway and try it. Let me tell you, the food was amazing. I mean everything, even the fries for the kids meal. The Mac n cheese is the best I’ve had at a restaurant in my life, and the yams are absolutely delicious. The service was great as well. I’m not sure if I will travel this way again but If I do, I’m definitely stopping here.

This by far is the best SOUL food around. We have been in Pensacola florida for a week and ate at all the restaurants on the boardwalk and this by far has been the absolute BEST. The fried pork chops, collard greens, candied yams, fried catfish, green beans, corn bread had the best taste. This will definitely be a place we will revisit.

We love Golden's! Such a great addition to Milton. We have such limited food options, especially ones that aren't chain locations. The staff at Golden's are always super friendly, even when you can tell they have been slammed. Our food is always delicious and at this point, we've tried just about everything. Definitely a top choice for us when we don't feel like cooking. My only complaint? They're not open every day! 😂
