Alphy's Catfish House

Great experience having breakfast there this morning. Loved the decor and the festive upbeat environment. Service was great, awesome waitress and the meal was both delicious and very filling for a price that won't hurt the budget. I will definitely be back again!

This place exceeded my expectations. The staff is super friendly, the place is very clean, and the food is amazingly delicious. I'd definitely recommend that you order the cinnamon roll pancakes and/or the cinnamon roll Belgian waffle. The cheesy grits were sooo good too. My over easy egg was cooked to perfection, and the side of bacon was crispy as requested. Our waitress was on the spot with extra coffee and waters, and the bust boy did an excellent job with making sure everything was cleaned well and ready for the next customer. I believe they earned every bit of a 5 star rating.

This was our second visit(the first being in March 2019) and both times have been stellar. The food has been amazing on both trips, the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. One of the largest kudos is the diversity of the staff. Clearly the owners of this restaurant value their people and look beyond the surface when hiring their staff. We'll be coming back for breakfast again tomorrow. And any future vacation trips as well.

It was the BEST BREAKFAST we have had in a while. We are from Dallas,, TX and you know there are a lot of great eating places in Dallas. Alphy's Catfish House was AMAZING!! The owner (we think) was so nice. He made our granddaughter feel right at home. Macie loved her coloring page and was so proud to have it displayed. Cinnamon roll pancakes were to die for!! Be warned, come hungry....those pancakes are HUGE! THE CHEESE GRITS ARE THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD. So pleased with the food and service!

Staff,especially Erica, were friendly and helpful. Food was good. My aunt highly recommends the liver and onions. My shrimp sandwich was good. The coleslaw is homemade and very delicious. I will have to get there for breakfast soon.
