Broussard's Bayou Grill - Navarre

Moved here a few years ago. Went back having read better reviews. Food is on point, service staff.bar staff and waiters were great both times we visited. They have definitely made efforts to improve on all aspects of food and service. Happy to see people wanting to make an effort!!!

We are here in Navarre , evacuated from New Orleans for hurricane Ida.
Just wanted to say your Gumbo is delicious.
Most restaurants that say they have New Orleans Gumbo it just has a lot of spice but the flavor is no where near New Orleans.
Our experience at Broussard's was amazing.
Not mention the Fried Cheese Cake.

If you haven’t…. You must not love yourself. Our attendant was Garrett (I think). He was awesome and personable. My wife, 2 daughters, and I stopped for a quick bite. Lemme tell ya, I got the cajun chicken sammich. It was the absolutely most perfectly cooked chicken I’ve ever had. Now, don’t trust no skinny cooks, so you can trust me. I was cooked through but was juicy and tender. It was absolutely perfect. My 15 yr old, who has no taste risk, loved it. She begged for more and more and wanted some to take away.

Just give em a chance. Wow.

As a Louisiana native I still give this place 5 stars. Food is authentic to Louisiana. Service was fast and good. Will stop here everytime we are in Navarre, Fl

I really don't like being attacked for my insightful and light-hearted vision for a restaurant I support, the only restaurant on Navarre Beach with an indoor bar and AC (and a tournament size volleyball court). Note the thoughtful, detailed reviews with complaints below mine that could legitimately cause a business to lose money. Go after them, not me; my review was simple, direct, and clear. I think am very nice, and these reviews really won't stop people from dining at Broussard's. This is meant to be helpful. To be frank, staff isn't all that motivated; that is all I meant by my review. Reviews are like free advice. I actually like your restaurant, and, having been apprenticed to and employed in upscale establishments before, I see potential here. The beach is an exciting place; why not stay open later and compete with the grown ups in PCola? Restauranteers are a tough crowd. Most bars stay open at least past midnight and well into the 2-3 o'clock a.m. hours, longer if the bar is still full.
