Cactus Flower Café - Navarre

Outstanding. Best Mexican we have had east of the Sabine River. After living in Texas for 28 years, we can honestly say this place would be a hit in Houston. I had the mahi tacos and she had the off-the-menu pork tamales (made fresh daily and when they’re gone, they’re gone). Everything was fresh, delicious and the portions were huge.

The food was very well seasoned and tasty for reasonable prices. From soup to entrees to sides, everything tasted very good. Service was also very friendly, attentive and incredibly fast with bringing our food out. Very good dining experience overall.

The beef enchiladas were very good. Quick service, great prices. Margarita was wine based but still good. Will definitely go back.

My son, who lives in the area, took me to this restaurant for dinner. I absolutely loved it. The service and the food was great, and the prices were very reasonable. Being from out of town, I rely on my family to show me where the good places are to eat and go to, and this was definitely a lovely restaurant to get great food at reasonable prices. This place was amazing. It was recommended to us by the lady we rented our vacation spot from. The burritos are giant, the chimichangas delicious, the enchiladas superb. The food is FRESH. My super picky 8 yr old enjoyed his food. My bottomless pit 13 yr old was full and left with leftovers. The cherry on top was the great service. [Eric] was our server, we never saw an empty glass and he was friendly and attentive. Thank you, Cactus Flower, for a great family dinner!
