Izaeh’s American Steakhouse

To be honest I would normally give an experience like this a lower rating (probably 1.5 stars) but I understand they are new. Took over an hour to receive our food with some of it cold/Luke warm when served. Flavoring on the steaks was good but very basic, cooked correctly but lukewarm at best. Service itself was fine, waitress refilled drinks when needed without excessive waiting or having to ask. The environment is nice but the wobbly tables should be fixed immediately, and I don't mean a little wobble. In my opinion, the food and service does not fit the price range. The portions are good but the taste/presentation does not match other places with similar price ranges. Will check back on future reviews to see if I will visit again. If so I will update this review.

Our first trip tonight was amazing! Service and Atmosphere is so awesome! For a newly opened restaurant they are running smooth!! The food was delicious!!! Our group had steaks and a burger and everything was superb! McKenzie was our waitress and was delightful!! We can’t wait to go back!!!

Visited Izaeh’s Steakhouse and it was absolutely amazing!!! We ordered 2 appetizers (spinach dip & steak fries) and both were absolutely delicious! The seafood Alfredo is by far one of the best options on the menu! 10/10 would recommend again. Also, my family just scheduled our family reunion there in a couple of weeks so it’s great that private dining is an option! The owners and general manager are very social and have great hospitality! If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out!

Isaiah (owner) and staff are very friendly and attentive. I felt like the staff were always willing to tackle any concerns I might have. The only negative thing was that some of their items were out because of popular demand but I was reassured that they had it on order and that they are taking note on their popular items to avoid running out going forward. Honestly so impressed by the professionalism. Great food made better by a friendly staff that treated us like they wanted to help rather than they were working a job. Can't wait to see where this place goes.
