There’s only one thing really worth noting here, the chicken of course. It was hands down some of the best chicken I’ve ever had. This skin is so freakin tasty I can’t overstate it enough. And so so so juicy and tender. I got the 1/2 chicken meal with macncheese, beansnrice, and a pineapple juice. The sides were just ok not gonna lie. And the juice, while delicious and refreshing was pretty expensive at $5. But the chicken more than makes up for it. So damn good. I was really surprised to see how empty it was in there considering how amazing the food is. I think if they were in a better location they would be packed 24/7 because the chicken is just that incredible.

We regularly eat at, or pick up from, Mr. Pollo in Pace. The food is generally always good, but tonight's preparation and execution was BEYOND DELICIOUS!!! The black beans were more seasoned than usual, the plantains were sweet and perfectly cooked, and the chicken was beyond compare. It was very well seasoned, tonight, and cooked to perfection, as well.

If you're looking for healthy, delicious, affordable, and quick meals served by genuinely nice and sincere staff in a clean and casual environment LOOK NO FURTHER than Mr. Pollo on Woodbine Road, in Pace! You will not be disappointed!!!

The tostones are amazing 😋

Great little place to enjoy their fresh off the grill chicken (my favorite), and yummy sides. They know how to cook plantain, yucca and other Venezuelan style dishes! I uploaded photos, but I think they're on a separate review. Place your order as you approach the front counter. Within a few minutes the super friendly staff serves you. You're eating on disposable dishware, so it's easy to pack up leftovers. If yo call a day or so ahead, they can accommodate small groups.

Fantastic authentic eatery. If you want expertly grilled central american chicken with authentic sauces this is your best option. Like a mix of grilled, smoked, and rotisserie all in one. The sides are considerable and stand on their own as reason enough to stop by. I was thoroughly impressed with everything. Also it warrants a mention that if you live in Pace, they deliver on sundays. At first it seemed a bit pricey, but by the end of the meal both I and my wife were completely stuffed with leftovers for about $30ish, and I can eat a considerable portion. Not to mention a guilt free meal comprised of mostly an easy to digest protein. The more I ate, the happier I was with my decision to eat here. The wait staff don't bother you once serviced, but are always available should you need anything. I'd recomend trying them at least once, otherwise you'd be doing yourself a considerable disservice.
