“Had a big order and didn't hear the girl correctly and so I was overcharged. I went in and my order was already up and ready to go. Explained the situation and was refunded my money for the extra meal with no attitude or remarks. My food was ready in less than 10 minutes. I have been to the 9th Ave location twice and waited 20 minutes for 1 sandwich and 30 minutes for 2 meals. Those employees are rude and seem like they don't care for being there. The employees at the Pace location are always nice and seem to work well together. We as customers appreciate that. Keep up the good work.”

“Great food. Take out and delivery only. Dining room still not open. Inconvenient for those stopping for lunch, away from home. Take out silverware is extremely cheap, making it more difficult to eat in my truck. One size drink, about an average medium. They give you the drink at time of order, so by the time my food was ready, (only about 15 minutes) my drink was finished. They may refill, but my fault for not asking. The little details could greatly improve the experience, but they have the hard part taken care of. The food was great.”

“The cashier was very rude. I order two extra shots in my large cafe latte and it still tastes watered down. I was here two days ago and the coffee and service was much better. Nothing worse than wasting money when you can’t get consistent service. Very disappointed. UPDATE: (from 1 to 4 STARS) The owner contacted me and was very kind in discussing my review. I was provided with a $10 gift certificate which covered my next visit. The service issue was addressed with the staff. I look forward to enjoying quality service and coffee moving forward!”

The only negative thing was that some of their items were out because of popular demand but I was reassured that they had it on order and that they are taking note on their popular items to avoid running out going forward. Honestly so impressed by the professionalism. Great food made better by a friendly staff that treated us like they wanted to help rather than they were working a job.
