Rusty Bucket Restaurant and Tavern

So you're near the mall and want to chill with some comfort food. Eat here. Nice atmosphere, eat inside or out, full bar and good service. We had buffalo chicken sandwich and a philly cheese sandwich. Both were quite tasty but a little messy due to the size of each. We had to finish with a knife and fork. Regrettably we were never offered the required extra napkins. Drinks were refilled when needed. Many TVs tuned to sports programming. Many happy hour specials and a weekend only brunch menu.

Food was great and portions were big! Staff was friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend

Maybe I'm just getting jaded, but there's just nothing special about the Rusty Bucket. It's not that anything was bad - the service was very good, the beer selection was pretty decent, but the food was basically mediocre. I had the beer cheese burger. It was cooked just a little more than I wanted, but not bad. The beef seemed to be reasonable quality but not close to the best burgers I've had. If you're nearby and other choices are crowded, sure, go and eat there. You won't be dissatisfied, or enthused.

They had big windows open, so we sat inside but enjoyed the nice breeze and fresh air from outside. Many TVs to watch. The food was excellent. We had salads with shrimp and chicken. Service, food and atmosphere were superb.
