We visited for dinner and sat at the bar. Our bartender, Roy was very friendly and attentive and made us a couple of great drinks. We ordered raw oysters for an appetizer and they were fresh and delicious, my boyfriend got the New England clam chowder which was delicious. Chef Rolf suggested that we order the soft shell crabs, so I ordered them over a salad and my boyfriend got the sandwich, Both were delicious. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming and they also have large private rooms for a private party- I would highly recommend for anyone because the menu has many options
Read about this recent new restaurant in Sarasota when it opened and had first visit for lunch yesterday, 7/24. Starters of onion soup and calamari were tasty and nicely presented. Soft shell crab sandwich with great fries was almost too big, grilled trout with cole slaw also tasty, perfectly prepared. Service was excellent. Will be back for Happy Hour and dinner soon.
Chef Rolf and our waiter Brandon were fantastic! We decided to try out this restaurant during the savor sarasota event, I'm so glad we did. We had the buffalo cauliflower, new York strip and scampi, 1lb lobster and incredible dessert! Everything was delicious. If you haven't been to this place in awhile, I highly recommend trying it out again with the new changes. What an experience...
My wife and I had lunch here. First time visit. We each had the 3 course lunch for $16. Lots of food, great taste, and a really nice restaurant. My wife wore flip flops which was kind of embarrassing. She forgot her shoes at home. Please dress appropriately.
