Delicious Thai cuisine, that was a part of Sarasota downtown culinary tours. This restaurant has an authentic and very cozy ambiance inside, a very capable and attentive friendly staff . Add delicious drinks, my favorite was the chilled Saki that gave an unmistakable warm feeling for a particularly cold Sarasota night, not the usual temp, but Saki conquers Cold well.
The owner is a delightful woman who loves to chat with patrons, and is just a fun person with good stories about Thailand.
I will go back for sure on my next trip to Florida and will sit down for a complete meal , plus the Mango with sweet sticky rice I did not have this time
Great atmosphere with a laid back feel. Service is great. Be patient, good food doesn't happen quickly. Always on point. Good Thai food, and great Sushi. Check out there lunch specials.
Second visit, this time for lunch. Lunch specials were very good service, service excellent. Noted some items on dinner menu I definitely will try next dinner visit.
Started with double sushi roll special followed by two crispy duck mains. Portions large enough that dinner that night became soup.
Only 4 star because of this last visit. Come here every so often over the last few years food is always good and generally pleasant atmosphere and good service. Last night server was good, issue was somehow it was fairly busy and we waited over 40 min for our food and it made us late for our movie. Not the usual wait but server was kind and put our food in to go containers. Again for what it is food is good and fairly priced we usually get sushi. Love the decor gives it a warm feel.
Right on main street, sushi and Thai, the perfect mix! Quaint decor with a poet's nook overlooking the restaurant. Combination of tables picnic table for the group and neat benches to chill and enjoy.
Service was very attentive and friendly. I've enjoyed the cali roll and red curry(thai hot! )
Love this spot!
