Melange

Great meal and service. Food was interesting, cooked perfect and very reasonable. Sweet breads were delicious. The chicken and waffles dishes was excellent and the lamb belly was very good.
Looking forward to our next visit!

Loveee this spot. This is the perfect place to have DELICIOUS food that isn’t your typical meal. They had Lambrusco last time I went which is super delicious and highly recommend this spot for not at all boring food and special occasions

A well-hidden, truly gourmet yet unpretentious gem. I moved an hour away years ago, but I still come out of my way to dine here. There is a definite French influence in the ingredients and preparation, but it is decidedly unique. This is easily my favorite restaurant in Sarasota, if not the entire Tampa Bay Area.

Went to Melange last night on our honeymoon and sat at the bar. As soon as we sat, we got prompt service from our host. We then got greeted by chef Drew. He made the whole dining experience amazing!! From his absolutely incredible food to his knowledge of flavor profiles to his recommendations for places to visit while in Sarasota. We ended up trying the rabbit tacos and the octopus with squid ink risotto. Everything was top notch. Even the sous chef was friendly and personable. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

It is truly a marriage of flavors and cuisines with friendly service.

The 1 server and 2 chefs are truly champions of making a suddenly busy night into a true success. There were 2 or 3 guests in the restaurant when we arrived at 10:30 PM, and all of a sudden 2 big parties came in and it seemed like it was 7:30 PM instead, so GREAT JOB you guys!

You have to, no, in fact, you MUST eat the octopus with the squid ink risotto. We love octopus and this set the bar so HIGH we don't know what to do with.

The Chicken and waffles were good but they need to change the brand of waffles or maybe make them fresh at the moment.

The cheese platter was great but the focaccia bread they serve completely made our night because we don't normally eat bread anymore so it made even more special!!
