Great sandwiches prepared just the way you want it

Firehouse on Bee Ridge has definitely improved a lot since the last time I went.

The best addition however is Gretchen, the lady who greets people as they walk in! She's very pleasant and is a breath of fresh air for the location! The employees seem a lot happier and it shows with her around! I went in to pick up an online order, in front of me was a father of four, with his kids and I observed Gretchen doing a wonderful job of greeting them!

She should be commended on how amiable and friendly she is. Believe me when I say, she's exactly what the location needed.

The food is pretty good too, I'm happy that my online orders are ready on time now. The last two I got, were made to order. The sandwiches were made correctly and I didn't have to wait at all.

Anyway, Gretchen, keep up the good work!!

Prices have increased my last 2 visits. Quality about the same, and quantity noticeably declined. Dishearenting since they always had great subs and chili.
Staff has always been pleasant enough though.

What a great sandwich we had service was great would go back again

Sandwich was just ok. Bread was not fresh. I asked for hot sauce and I got a plastic souffle cup with barely any sauce for the sandwich. I asked for some water and it was given to me in a plastic no lid cup. Drive through guy seemed completely uninterested to be there.
