The workers were very friendly I got my sandwich in a timely manner and the lobby was very clean!!

Ordered a catering order for 40 people and the order ended up being over 20 minutes late. When I called to ask what was taking so long it was explained to me that other orders came in and they were swamped. Upon receiving the order, we noticed that we we shorted some of the bags of chips we ordered and there was no condiments included. I called to get some sort of resolution on this and was offered store credit. I requested the balance of my order(5 bags of chips) and enough cookies to feed the group who was stuck waiting. Originally this was promised to me, but the manger called back stating that her regional manager would only approve two cookie boxes(12 total cookies). I explained to the manager I understand that her hands are tied on the resolution portion, but my review is an overall reflection of my whole experience so I needed to review it accordingly. Don't make your slogan "freaky fast" if you plan to be late. Plus, if you know you're going to be late, you can save alot of goodwill simply by calling and letting us know it is late.
