My husband Todd and I have dined at Javier's 3 times and it's always been excellent food and service. Denise was our server our last visit, very nice and helpful. The owner Javier always comes over to say hello. I love that the menu offers vegetarian and organic food. My husband had a steak and described it as the most tender he'd ever had and the sauce was incredible! He was in heaven. I had a vegetarian enchilada (melts in your mouth awesome)! Javier makes the best Caesar salad I have ever tasted next to mine! He makes it fresh in front of you in the dining room. Save room for the homemade banana Foster! Again made in the dining room by Javier. You won't forget how wonderful it is! And you'll dream of plans to return.
I am only on the first course, not including bread, and this place has earned its 5 stars. The rest of the food could be awful and I could still give it a 4 at least.
Best place for dinner in Siesta Key - possibly all of Florida...
