The Venue

Glad to see The Venue open on the Circle. Great happy hour with yummy drinks and appetizers 1/2 price. Didn't realize there is a Club upstairs, will certainly be back for that - Thursday is Jazz and later Ladies night. Staff and owner(s) very friendly making sure everyone is taken care of.

Best burgers in Sarasota! EXCELLENT service as well...thank you Mike!

My wife and I stopped by for an early dinner. The wood fired pizza was great. We got the Sinatra and it was great. But a burger and a milkshake stole the show. We ordered Hey Jude burger. It comes with a fried egg and hot sauce. It was honestly one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. We were too early to stay for the live music. But I have a feeling I will be back for it soon.

This is a review mainly focused on the food, but the entertainment is some of the best in Southwest Florida if you're looking for live music and Salsa dancing. Now, onto the food, I can say with great certainty that this was the best burger I've had in Florida. I decided on the bleu cheese burger as my first exposure to the new menu, and it was nothing short of decadent. The butter brushed bun was perfectly soft, gently crisped, and held the burger together without breaking apart or getting too soggy to enjoy. The veggies were fresh, the meat almost perfectly cooked (almost), the bleu cheese flavorful but not overpowering, and the bacon was just the right texture and flavor to really pull everything together. Every one already knows the pizzas here are some of the best in Sarasota, but truly, these burgers are something special.
