Friendly staff doesn't make up for expensive for and drinks. That being said, the coffee is good and so are the baked goods. The soups are both expensive and too salty for my taste.

Love the 2 for. Amazing French Onion soup! Haven't had a bad sandwich yet.

My coworkers and I order Panera about 2-3 times a week. Whether it's for breakfast or lunch they always deliver. The order is accurate and on time. There is a $3 delivery fee + an optional (but not really because tip the person whose serving you) for each delivered order. Always great food and the people who deliver are amazing and friendly.

The food is always good.
I just wish that the tables at the Bee Ridge restaurant were washed in a timely manor. There wasn't a lunch rush at 2:30. And hardly any customers..like 6 already seated. 2 came after us.
When my daughter and I went to sit down, there were a lot of empty dirty tables. We ended up cleaning one ourselves. And it took someone 5 minutes after we sat down... before they cleaned off a couple of tables....and left a lot still in need of a cleaning.
