Shake Shack

Great food! It’s not greasy like Five Guys and you can tell the quality is higher grade. Highly recommend the milkshakes and tasty little dog treats for your fur friend.

Shake Shack is my favorite burger joint. Every time I go to NY, i make sure I eat there a few times. This location has some major logistics issues. I don't think personnel was trained properly. Food takes way too long to come out.. it is good, but it takes forever. Also, they really NEED to make sure they keep the place clean. Just went by there and tables were not wiped well. Floor was not the cleanest. I know we can be sloppy eaters and drop food on the floor, but they really need at least 3 people keeping the place clean; it is always busy, so I am sure business is doing well.

Without a doubt, the absolute best burger in the world. Better than in and out, better than 5 guys. Great customer service. And to the other dude on here that had to wait almost an extra 10 minutes for his order at a place that has just opened up and is constantly packed, what horror. so glad you survived

Very delicious experience. This is the second time we had been to this restaurant since it has opened. The burgers are that good! But something was going wrong this visit. Like very wrong... they only had one side of the kitchen running at dinner time. I literally manage a restaurant across the street and when people are waiting 30 minutes plus for burgers (I placed my order online. I only know this because of someone who was there next to me) something is. Way off. Get this right from the beginning. First impressions are big ones and there is still a large community that hasn’t been served by you guys yet. Let’s keep the good food coming and do it quickly.
