The Hub Baja Grill

It stopped here after coming from the beach to for a good time and good food. The environment is definitely geared towards party people as the music was very loud and in turn everyone else was loud trying to talk over everything. The food, was tasty, and the portions were decent size, however, not worth the price in my eyes. The cheapest Stitch that I was able to find as a meal with $16 and they went all the way up to $30 for a dish. For the environment, and the noise it was not worth the price in the mail. The server was adequate and delivering the meals, but was not very attentive after the fact.

I am local and have been coming here since it opened way back when they were remodeling the Beach Club (which sucks give me back the dank hole please). It has become more of a tourist place than a local place, but the food is still good and the speed tolerable. It's the atmosphere, menu and service though - my kids love the place. My wife loves the fish tacos, and they will custom make healthy stuff for me. Don't go if you are in a hurry, or if you have to wait to get a table it will make you cranky and angry at how long it takes to get your food. But if you are chill, enjoy the music and conversation and cool menu, the free pouring bartenders and ... the free pouring bartenders.

Pretty good. There was sand everywhere (on the tables, they made no effort to clean then). Surprisingly it didn't get in my food. My chimichanga was very good.
I liked the green chili sauce on the rice but my wife and kids did not (a bit too spicy for them).

Menu is a little limited but everyone likes tacos so there is something there for everyone. Salmon is amazing. Not a big fan of the outside "patio" which is basically in the parking lot/street but the front patio and bar are nice. Staff went above and beyond to be hospitable and make our dinner enjoyable. Always some good live music. A few crazies if you stay too late.

Good service and staff were prompt and friendly, but not overly impressed with the food. I had the beef tacos and the taco shells don’t have a great taste. Also, the bathroom door lock didn’t work on the men’s bathroom, so I walked in on someone. Bathroom could use a good cleaning...
