Turtles Restaurant

We chose this restaurant for our last night on the key. The food was amazing. The view of the 'reverse sunset and bird show' over the water was beautiful. The staff were quick and friendly. The prices were low. I wish we had discovered this spot sooner. We dubbed it the best restaurant on siesta key. Amazing, amazing flavor. I cannot say enough good things.

Real rating 3.9 stars...Sunday 10.99 Brunch is a great value. Better than average, slightly boozy Bloody Mary. Food better than expected. Very good bayfront view, hey, it's August, so it's hot & steamy. Excellent service (sorry, missed her name, British young woman was delightful and professional) Will return. Good choice for out-of-town guests. Crazy floor plan (would not be good at night w/any buzz going on...) Like many places just a wee bit TLC needed inside and out. Not a fan of wall paint choices, looks like someone choose from Home Depot paint dept. returns.

Delicious food. Friendly staff. The blackened fish sandwich was very good. Our cocktails were amazing... we recommend getting the painkiller

The food was average. Some dishes better than others. Their famous salmon pasta was greasy and the pasta over cooked. Waitress was average. Did minimum to serve. Our order wasn't correct and one dish forgotten. We came with a party of 7. Won't be doing that again. It's a shame came here with my now wife when we where dating and had a great experience and food was better then. Great place and opportunity. Mediocre at best offerings at this time.

My husband and I had the Early Bird Special and it was an excellent meal for the price. I had the salmon and my husband had the ahi tuna. Both dishes were prepared well with a nice presentation. The staff is friendly and efficient. The restaurant pleasantly decorated with a view of Sarasota Bay. Affordable good food and relaxing surroundings - can’t ask for much more. We would be happy to return.
