Red Lobster

I was upset about the delay For my reservation and the incident I had while waiting for my table. One of the managers named Quincy did not seem to care about my situation and did nothing to correct it. Another manager named Corey turned a horrible Valentine’s Day into a pleasurable moment . He spoke with me and heard me out. He really went above and beyond and I’m thankful for Corey. Over all I recommend this red lobster not just because the food was delicious but because they genuine care that the you have a great over all experience .

I had bad experience. We were seated at 6:43pm 13 minutes later at 6:56 pm the hostess came to apologize that no had came to our table, he took our drink order. A minute later the other hostess came and started to take our order he walked to the bat and gave the bartender our order. He came back and told us that our waitress would be right with us. A few minutes after that the the bartender comes around and apologizes confirms our order then says he only a hostess so I want to make sure I get your order right. She states I will be taking over your table. I never got my salad ended up having take it to go. My Husband got one of his sides after he finished his meal. It was like they just couldn't get anything right. Marissa the bartender that ended up taking care of us was really nice and turned a horrible experience to just a bad experience.

Had a great time. It is my 31st Wedding Anniversary. The staff all signed a card and presented us with a bonus. FOOD WAS HOT! ???? HIT THE SPOT! Thank you Jason, manger and staff.????????????
