Tibby's New Orleans Kitchen

This was my first time trying the Tibbys on 436 as the prices are a little too much for me, but the food was good. I had the shrimp and grits and although they were a little too spicy I'd try them again. I also ordered the fried pickles and the flavor was definitely too overwhelming to the point that i couldn't have more than a few. My only complaint here was that i wish the service was faster, it took a long time to get our food and anything we asked for.

I spent a good portion of my childhood in Louisiana and this food brought me right back there! The gumbo was cooked and spiced perfectly and the pecan pie was just like moms! Jeff's service was excellent and the atmosphere was fantastic! This is my new favorite restaurant!

Fresh, tasty New Orleans style food. Expansive menu. We had fried green tomatoes, fried pickles, jambalaya, and Rita's chicken. Jambalaya was a tad spicy, fyi. But it was all delicious.
They're also quick enough for a work lunch run.

The food and service here are AMAZING. This is definitely not a place you want to pass up if you drive by! Great flavor and huge portions! Enough to enjoy there and take home for later! Thank you, Tibby’s! :)

I would recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a taste of New Orleans. The food is really good but I gave it 4 stars because what we ordered the first time wasn't what we received and they had to change it and give us something else. Otherwise from that it's a great atmosphere to hang out and have a tasty meal. I love the potato skins. They are the best.
