“This place is often very busy in the morning- for a good reason. Standing in the usual line is a fun experience. Watching the special bagel-making machine punch out a bagel every second is entertaining. The selection of freshly-made bagels is large. The bagels are properly boiled, a step that is missed by other area bagel-makers. The result is a proper, soft bagel with a nice, slightly chewy exterior, just like the very best New York bagels. The sesame and poppy seed versions are completely covered (top and bottom) with crunchy seeds. If you are a fan of great bagels (or want to become one), visit Brooklyn Water Bagel!”

“Frequent visitor for the coffee and I love coming here! We have order food as well and it was good everytime from sins to salads to soups never an issue. The system is easy to use you go to a kiosk and put in your order and wait for your number to be called simple. The times I went in was busy it was lunch time but well worth it. The subs were good, the soups and the salads. Even bought a few fruit cups and yogurt parfait nd some cheese and salami snacks. This palace has so much stuff we love coming here!”

“We ordered take out for our office to be delivered by Uber Eats. When delivered, we were missing 5 empanadas. We called and were treated rather rudely on the phone. We sent a coworker to pick up our missing order. They made her wait 45 minutes and were incredibly rude o her. They told her that it wasn't their responsibility to check the order, that the Uber driver should have checked! WHAT?! On the plus side, the food was amazing and portions were ample.Would recommend , but be careful and check take out orders”

“Everyone runs on Dunkin', including me. This location has quick service but can be a nightmare to use the drive thru due to the planning of the Home Depot parking lot near by. If you're in a rush, i recommend using mobile order and picking up inside. Heck, i sometimes do mobile order while waiting in line because it gets done quicker.”

The young man at the window was very friendly and even made short conversation while i waited. The food was hot and fresh. The fries were perfect. My daughter was very happy as well.
