Chicken Salad Chick

Would have been better if it had smelled better in there. It was our first visit and it smelled kind of stinky in the restaurant which was a turn off. Hope they fix that because the food was pretty good. Liked the Barbie-Q chicken salad.

The servings aren't huge but filled everyone up. Enjoyed all the flavor options. Can't wait till next time.

The food was good. But what got me was the price. My wife got one scoop and water I got one scoop a small pasta salad side and a sweet tea and it was almost 20.00. like I said the food was good but no way can I justify going back with those prices. Maybe if i.have a coupon or something.

The customer service is great! They even helped me with scanning my receipt to get some points added, it can be a little tricky. The Loaded Potato Soup was to die for. The Mac & Cheese was good. I also like the Fancy Nancy Chicken Salad with the grapes and apples in it! Their Pimento Cheese and Broccoli Salad is awesome as well. I just wished that their food was a lower in calories. I know it's way better than ordering a greasy burger from other places but it's kind of a bummer that even though I skipped all bread and only ate half of the scoop of Pimento Cheese and had 1 small bite of the Potato Soup, Mac & Cheese the calorie count was almost 900 for just that one meal! I guess I just have to not order the Trio anymore.

I really really wanted to love this place. I mean I love chicken salad. There are numerous types of chicken salad offered here as well as a few soup choices and other green salads. I thought it would be a great idea to try the "traditional" chicken first. Unfortunately it was tasteless. Completely tasteless. I also had the broccoli soup which was flavorful but it was hard to get past the failure of the signature item. The service was great if not overbearing. Multiple attempts were made to remove my plate while I was still eating. I appreciate the enthusiasm but give me the chance to finish the meal. No coffee available here. Since I do love chicken salad I will give this place another try. But I will try something other than the traditional!
