Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

While I have had many great experiences here, today was disturbing when it came to customer service. Food was great, but the young man at cashier was borderline rude. There are many local food choices now, so restaurants need to stress customer service to their employees. Had this been my first visit, I would never return.

Unfortunately Dairy Queen has sacrifice d food quality over the years. Got the chicken strip basket - the fries and bread were very stale. The chicken was ok but clearly it is frozen and instead of being fried it is baked in an oven so it tends to be a little like cardboard.

Love this place. There seems to be the same lady in the drive thru every time we go and shes always polite and gets everything right...even when i have a van full of screaming kids barking orders at us. Wonderful place to get a treat.

I always loved Dairy Queen as a kid, and when this location opened up so close to home I was excited to take my kids to enjoy it as well... The staff at this location are proficient in their job, providing fresh hot food quickly... I only wish we had done the test of tipping the blizzards upside down to see if it stays as they were more melted/runny than I've come to expect and would have fallen right out.

Great food selection, good prices and yummy ice cream! But it depends which location you go to because some of the Dairy Queen's in the area aren't very well maintained. Even though the food is great no one wants to sit in a place that isnt properly cleaned!.
