    Clean. Delicious food. Variety of food. Mango tea. Large, clean bathroom great for families with small children.

    I love their chicken. Some times they don’t checked the orders and you have to come back. Some times they run about of chicken or particular items in the store. Employees are not knowledgeable about the stock available and deny something they do have. They correct it later

    The best Pollo Tropical I've ever visited. Nice and good customer service. Accurate orders, sauce bar clean. Bathrooms and tables clean.

    I stop here frequently for quick, healthy food when my schedule gets too busy. The quarter chicken meal and family meal are my go to menu items. The sweet plantains make a tasty dessert. I also like the tropichop bowls.
    I've eaten in the restaurant, but usually scoot through the drive up lane. Both are good options.
