Salsas of Oviedo

So excited about this place! The food was awesome and came out quickly! Very authentic down to the chips and salsa! Tasted all fresh from scratch! The decor was super fun, mod mex, and VERY clean!! The atmosphere was happy, and all staff where smiling and friendly. My husband and I sat at the bar. Our bartender was so friendly and made one heck of a margarita! We will definitely be back soon!!

I had a great experience here tonight! The service was extremely fast and attentive, and my food was delicious. I highly recommend the shrimp enchiladas. Also, just as a general observation, the look and feel of the place is beautiful! I absolutely love how it's decorated on the inside. Looking forward to coming back!

Margaritas could use a little improvement, but not too bad. But I am super picky about my margaritas . Lol
The tamales are the best I've had!
The salsa is also quite excellent! I guess that's why they name their restaurant after the stuff!
Highly recommend, if you're looking for great Mexican food in the Oviedo area!

We tried this place on Sunday, late afternoon. We were greeted at the door and seated quickly. Our server was right there and throughout our meal kept our drinks and chips filled. The main courses came quickly and both were excellent. The staff was friendly and courteous. The seating and tables are comfortable. We had a table, but they also have booths. We will eat here again.

Not sure why the negative reviews? Folks, there is always discrepancies on DAY ONE opening. You have to consider the staff, cooks, and servers are still acclimatizing, but for being Day 1 I give them 5 stars for good service, good food, and good people!
