(August 13, 2020, 10:51 pm)This was without a doubt the best vegan pizza I have ever had. I did a pie with the white sausage gravy, vegan lemon ricotta, spinach, vegan sausage, and mushrooms. The ricotta was a nice fresh taste when mixed with the sausage. It didn’t have that weird plastic and fake flavor that typical vegan cheese has, in my opinion. You can see the wood burning right inside the pizza oven and it adds great flavor to the pizza. Can’t wait to come back!
