“This place has the perfect ambiance to decompress after work or study. I don't even need headphones to focus because the atmosphere is so mellow. I'm able to study and eat food that makes me feel good! I had the Salmon, potato, and blueberry salad. It's easily a new favorite. So good, in fact, I didn't bother putting the dressing on because the greens were so fresh and the fruits were so juicy. Highly recommended!”

Tonkatsu Ramen was delicious, they catered to our spice preference, the pork belly was incredibly delicious. The pork dumplings had a deep rich flavor in a tender shell. Can not wait to try the rest of their menu which includes homemade teas, Poke Bowls, and several house special rice and noodle dishes! It is refreshing to see some variety in Ponte Vedra !”

“Best sushi in Jacksonville/St Augustine area. I have spent a lot of time in Japan and recognize good fresh sushi. You can see the attention to detail and quality the chef has by looking at the fresh selection of fish in the display case. The restaurant is very clean and the service is excellent. It is family owned and reminds me of family owned sushi restaurants in Japan. The owner has years of excellent experience as a sushi chef. Also had the Yakisoba and was surprised how good it was. This is a popular dish in Japan and it did not disappoint here. We discovered this restaurant shortly after it opened and go here exclusively at least once a week or more. So happy to have them in the area.”

“This was a repeat lunch visit for us, which suggests that we like it there. Both of our sandwiches were very good, although the french dip cheese and dip could have been a bit more robust in flavor. The roast beef in it was great--not fatty at all. The profiteroles were tasty. Fabulous inc cream and fudge sauce, although the puffs were a little too dry. Service is always excellent.”

“Mom brought us here after she tried it last month, said she wanted me to try this new place (new to us). We're Thai (born in Thailand) and have a long history with restaurants including working several Thai places and patronizing many more all over the world. In our family eating Thai food is well beyond an Olympic sport. So when she says good things about a Thai restaurant, I pay attention. We started with Green Tea. Mom had Thai tea which I normally don't like but this was very good. She agreed it's one of her favorite renditions. Not too sweet. Dragon lemon garnish. As little as this seems it's important to me. Thai garnishes are known for adding colorful creative detail. It means their food presentation is important and as mom said a few times, they must have an experienced Thai cook. The Spring Roll - tight roll finely chopped. Another good sign of an experienced hand in the kitchen. They seemed to be caught off guard with today's lunch rush so I won't hold service being stretched a little thin against them. It happens. Service was fine, polite, personable. The waiter took the time to have a full conversation in Thai about dishes he wanted. But it was still not exceptional on this visit. Everyone's food was pretty good. The calamari/seafood salad was exceptionally good. I didn't like the green curry at all. It was way too sweet and thin for me and doesn't taste like the green curry I crave to try at every Thai place I go to. It's like the burger test or fry test for American restaurants. Someone that's never had green curry anywhere else might enjoy it. But I wouldn't. Drunken noodles had a great flavor and nice heat (I asked for Thai hot) but I think the sauce fell victim to the lunch pop. It was slightly on the dried, clumpy side, maybe a little too long on the heat. Thai restaurants aren't known for their consistency so it'll be interesting to go back. Def getting the calomari/seafood salad and something new next time.”

“Great atmosphere and food, it's my favorite place to eat in our neighborhood, right on the water and they have live music on Friday nights. It's a neat place with room for the kids to run around and fire pits for the adults to enjoy. Very comfortable and cozy. A little busy of Friday and Saturday nights I would recommend making a reservation. Food is a little pricey, but quality is worth a few extra dollars. Check it out if you are considering it, you will love it.”
