Bono's Pit Bar-B-Q

We had a very nice lunch, chicken platter with greenbeans and sweet potatoe. Garlic toast was too good not to eat. Smoked chicken had a nice crispy skin with a rub, nicely done. I am picky about my sweet tea since we have home made. The tea was fresh and not too sweet. The service was friendly , quick and the tables were clean. I was given an iced tea to go upon request.

Beef brisket, pulled pork, smoked turkey, sausage, and ribs are great! The large 3 item combo is the way to go. Kids meals are good size portions for the little ones. I was very impressed by the pulled pork. Sauce is definitely optional. All the sides we're good. We had Brunswick stew, grilled corn on the cob, slaw, fries, and mac n cheese. Take the entire family out for a great meal. Our favorite sauces start with, Sweet and Tangy, Hickory Red, Smokin Hot, and then The Original. Give them all a try.

The turkey is sooooo delicious. Service was by Jodi was friendly, efficient and great. Was a nice lunch experience.

Delicious! Staff was amazing! Sit at the bar for the best atmosphere...plus you see the pit!! Great selection of sauce and all the meat cut to order. Love this place

We came here and had brisket with hush puppies, collard greens, coleslaw and a side salad. The brisket was smoked to perfection and the sides were fresh and tasty. The hush puppies stood out! They were AMAZING! The only complaint I have is the size of the meat portion. They were definitely on the small side, even though we ordered large platters, but it's definitely not a deal breaker. The sauces are really good, and I recommend the sweet and tangy sauce. We highly recommend this place and will be coming back!
