(April 10, 2019, 7:01 pm)This Chick-fil-A is pretty legendary in st Augustine for it's amazing customer service and being a staple in the community. I'd never thought I'd rate this a 3 star restaurant, however the remodel has been a spectacular failure and somehow made everything way slower and more difficult. I recommend just parking and walking in because you'll be waiting a very long time in the drivethrough. Same great people but I won't be coming nearly as much because it's such a hassle no matter what time of the day you come.

(December 23, 2018, 2:02 pm)Wonderful! The service is great, the waiters there are nice. Everyone there is in a good mood. The food is pleasing to both adults and kiddos. I like how they include a little toy or coloring book in the kid's food. My family goes there often. The food tastes fresh, the lemonade is good. Everything about it is perfect.
