The food is very authentic and tasty. A bit overpriced. The takeout dishes we ordered were exceptionally greasy/oily. Had to skim the cooking oil to enjoy them. I recommend it. On my next visit I will order same dishes with a special request to reduce the cooking oil.

Others have posted good reviews, but when we got there, it looked like a run down garden shop. We checked several times to make sure we had the right place (signs were there), but we did not stay. We hope others have better luck.

Hong Kong Café is an absolute gem! My wife and I eat here at least once every week or two. The Combination Meat Noodles and the Pork Fried Rice (Regular Pork not BBQ Pork) are our favorite dishes. The owners are amazing people and the food is outstanding!! Always looking forward to our next visit!

This is a fun little hole-in-the-wall, authentic Chinese restaurant. Don't be put off by the scrappy exterior. The patrons are welcoming, the food is great and reasonably priced. Their dim-sum and dumplings are great!

The food at this little place is pretty incredible and, for Florida anyway, very unique. I've never been to China, but I'm guessing that this place is pretty similar. There are a couple "American" style dishes (Sesame chicken, General Tso), but pretty much everything else is stuff I've not seen on Chinese restaurant menus in the area. It's a family style place, so you order a bunch of stuff and everyone shares. It's a family that runs the place. The father is the host and waiter and is super friendly. The daughter is there sometimes and runs the register. Mom is in the kitchen. They also have great bubble tea and a little shop where they sell sauces and teas they make. They have a little greenhouse and plant sale going on, too. Really cool place. No airs, not fancy, and on hot days can be pretty warm, but if you're looking for Chinese food in St John's County, give 'em a go. You won't be disappointed.
