LuLi's Cupcakes

We pulled in on a whim because we were in need of a sweet baked treat! We were welcomed by a friendly mother and son duo who helped guide us through their baked confectionary goods. Their shop is quaint and cute!

We tried several cupcakes and they were ok. I would not go back for the cupcakes, but they were a good frosting to cake ratio if you like a good buttercream!

What is going to bring us back is the cookie sandwiches! OMG! We really liked all the cookies; chocolate chip, peanut butter, and oatmeal. Then slap two of them together with a layer of buttercream goodness and you my friend have elevated a good cookie to Mount Olympus status! Well done my friends, well done 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻

Wonderful little place! The cupcakes were delicious and there was a very nice variety of them. The person that served us was also so pleasant. She struck up really nice conversation while we ordered, it was wonderful. Definitaly going to come here again!

My family and I have been buying Luli’s cupcakes for years and years. Excellent tasting cupcakes and cookies and beautifully decorated. Their store is in a historic vintage home just off San Marco Avenue - steps away from all of the sights downtown. Make Luli’s part of all your visits to St. Augustine Florida!

I actually do specialty cakes, but it was my daughter's birthday, and we were on vacation, so the standards were high and the need was real (can't take all the baking/decorating stuff on vacation, right?). We picked LuLi's based on reviews, and we were very pleased with the experience.
The cupcakes were very large, and there were so many to choose from that each of us had a different cupcake. The birthday girl felt special getting to pick anything in the case, and she really loved it when she was offered a bowl to select her own birthday candle.
Once ready to eat, the cupcakes were excellently flavored with perfectly blended icing. The cake itself was soft and moist -- not dried out and crumbly at all.
I do want to note that there was a posted notice about allergies (included in the pictures) that probably would have made us leave if we had noticed it before ordering. However, when ordering, the cashier was super nice about allergy-related questions, and she even offered to separate them so the allergens didn't accidentally contaminate the other cupcakes.
