“It's newly built and opened around January 2019. It has a different setup than most Wendy's, you don't place your order with a person, you use a touchscreen (although they are more than happy to assist you). It's less like a fast-food place and a little more like a burger joint I guess. Food quality is always good the 2 or 3 times we've been so far. Staff is very helpful and friendly. There's also a nice little outdoor area to eat as well which is a bit different than most Wendy's. EDIT: Went there on 2/11/19 @ around 8pm. Trash was overflowing. All the ketchup bottles were empty on the tables. And there was like 8 people working in the kitchen and about 6 people eating. Some management isn't happening there...”

“The inside was quaint and nice decorated with movie memorabilia. Has a bar area and gift shop. Reasonably priced. The smokehouse burger is $12.95 and the Caribbean jerk pork was $10.50. Both were delicious and came with a side of fries. Kids meals are $5.95. They have hamburgers, mac and cheese and chicken strips. A diverse menu at good prices. Our waiter was prompt, precise and cordial. Service was quick.”

“I went today for the first time and actually only ordered take-out so this is a preliminary good review. I ordered an appetizer called steak fries and it was pretty delicious. While sitting and waiting for the order, three different waiters came to ask me if I had been helped so that was nice. It didn't take too long to get the food and even though I only ordered an appetizer they gave me a bag of chips and salsa with my order. The salsa was really good, at least better than some I've had at other restaurants. Tart and flavorful. I'll try actual entrees next time and I have high hopes.”

“OUTSTANDING Brisket. Best food you'll eat in your life. It sounds crazy, but it's seriously the best meal you'll ever have. The ribs are fantastic, as well. I told the staff it's the best food I've ever eaten and you can tell that they get that response a lot! All of the sauces are excellent and the sides are perfect. If you haven't tried this place, you truly are missing out. We are so happy we found it and will be visiting on a weekly basis, even though we're an hour away! I truly believe that this is one of the best restaurants in the United States and most certainly the best BBQ place in the US. They need an award. And also another location, preferably closer to my home. I'd be there daily! I grew up in Texas and have tried my fair share of BBQ. Outstanding staff, too - everyone is happy to be working there and are so pleasant. You feel like family - customers holding doors for you, even greeting you themselves. Great experience and can't wait to come back.”

“Fantastic food! Mack's Tenders is a great example of a place that focuses on a simple menu and doing everything right. Plenty of great-tasting sauces to boot. I personally love the Tangy BBQ. And the Honey Mustard BBQ sauce goes really well with the sweet potato tots. Just be prepared to wait around 10 minutes for your food because they don't make it until you order it. The wait is the only reason why I don't give them that fifth star.”
