He expertly mashes up multiple cuisines to create dishes that are simultaneously interesting and comforting. His cubahn mi, a mash up of a Cuban and a bahn mi sandwich, is amazing. Don't be afraid to order that thing on the menu you've never heard of or never tried; these are some of the best items on his menu. You won't regret it.
