Sometimes Dunkin gets a bad rap but let me just tell as often as I go - I mean my daughter insists everyday before school no matter how busy there is one gentleman that stands out. IRVIN is always in the drivethru. Not only is he always friendly but he remembers you. Today he had to apologize for not having a large straw. Told him we don’t need one only when we order the ice coffee. He said he will remember. I know he will! He goes out of his way to start your day with a smile. I am sure one day Irvin will be running this Dunkin or if not being in charge somewhere else. Dunkin if you want to keep customers happy number rule keep your employees happy. They will treat your employees like they want to be treated...IRVIN ***** stars for you!!!!

The person taking our order was delightful and accommodating. Unfortunately she rang up the order incorrectly and I didn't catch it until I was on the road. My donut was NOT fresh. The store was exceptionally tidy for how busy they were at the time. Everyone appeared to be organized.
