A great breakfast buffet with a custom omelette station, for a very reasonable price. For great service, ask for Dallas, she's very attentive to service for the guests she serves and is very knowledgeable about the local area.

Went for breakfast. The experience is always great because of the sweet lady that does the omelette. She talks to you as if we're a part of her family. She makes you smile cause she always has one on her face. We've gone to many country clubs but her omelettes are the best in the area and the buffet. The surroundings are great inside and out. The ladies at the front desk could be more welcoming but we've overlooked that to get to the omelette lady.

Sunday Brunch at Evans Prairie G & CC was delightful. Omelette Station had a myriad of choices to create your perfect brunch item. The buffet was filled with many choices, meats, eggs, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, cereal, fresh fruits & pastries. Wait staff very pleasant, efficient, and attentive. Inside and outside dining available, with a very short wait time!

We stopped for a glass of wine. The bartender was very efficient. She had a lot of orders to fill but she kept my glass of ice full and asked if we wanted another. Nice atmosphere, quiet enough to talk.

You would think that with such a prime scenic location, there'd be nothing to complain about here but consistency of freshness seems to be a problem for the kitchen and its reflected in the dwindling number of patrons. I love the place when I get my favorite entree just the way I like it but find that several times I've been disappointed when it's not. I love the atmosphere! They have a large bar that has experienced bar tenders and offers inside OR outside seating at it. If your looking for an excellent breakfast buffet, this is the place! Who wouldn't want to enjoy coffee and the wonderful selection of fruit, omelettes, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, muffins and whatnot while watching the ducks and Cranes enjoying the prairie! The place is clean, and beautifully decorated with it's own full size lot. Plenty of handicapped parking available here too. The restrooms are gorgeous and clean an handicapped accessible too. I sure hope they can resolve whatever issue they have.
