“We went to Belle Glade Country Club for an event and to follow "PETRINA" the excellent entertainer! I must say that the service was one of the best in the Villages. I spoke to Eileen (General manager) and asked if she could take care of some things to make our gruop more comfortable and without hesitation she made it happen. I also met Steve & Jessica, again very personable and accommodating . Mary was our waitress and she was a pleasure to have. We lucked out with her as our server. I thought the country club was very clean too! I am a stickler when it comes to cleanliness. I will be back and have already told MANY PEOPLE TO GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Thank You! KEVIN”

“Went for breakfast. The experience is always great because of the sweet lady that does the omelette. She talks to you as if we're a part of her family. She makes you smile cause she always has one on her face. We've gone to many country clubs but her omelettes are the best in the area and the buffet. The surroundings are great inside and out. “Husband and self part of a party of 20. Kudos the wait staff for doing an excellent job. Our waitress apologized for not doing so well, but I was impressed! All 20 dishes came at same time, except one. My husband ordered the prime rib, end cut. His came out about 5 minutes after everyone else. Again I was impressed. I had the NY strip. Both out steaks cooked perfectly to order. Enjoyed the live music. Overall a wonderful experience. Would totally go back!”

The waiter Kurt was knowledgeable, offered his recommendations and knew when to come back and check on us while giving us plenty of time to get caught up on years past. The stuffed Plobano Pepper was super tasty and also the servers favorite. The pepper was stuffed with sausage, shrimp and light cheese. It had delicious full flavor and had a beautiful presentation with vibrant colours. The main course was perfect enough to allow for dessert even though i declined. It was truly a treat. Fun people watching and there were a few very happy dogs enjoying their masters company. Everyone seemed that they were enjoying their time at City Fire. The band was just setting up. I would absolutely go back without hesitation even though the price was average!”

Food was delicious! Everyone at the table enjoyed their drinks, food and dessert. Our server was very knowledge of the menu and when we ordered he immediately asked us if we were okay with the dinner options and then provided alternatives to everyone (table of 8). I had the coconut haddock. The sauce was unbelievably tasty. I ordered some more of it to continue dipping the rest of my fish in. Great prices too! Will be returning.”

Last night 3-19-19 I made a reservation for six and a dog and my guests drove 30 minutes to join us. We were told and I quote "You can't eat here we have Trivia tonight and you don't have a table." I said where is the guy who made my reservation" they said "oh him he is new and he doesn't know what he is doing." I said when I called he asked another person if we could have a certain table and that other person said yes." So is that person new too. Really disappointed we had to eat at a different restaurant and it was terrible! Now World of Beer has lost our trust! Very disappointing!”

“I was recently visiting friends who moved to The Villages in Florida. I had never been there before, but they brought us to an Italian restaurant in one of the Village Centers. The food was amazing. The cost is moderate, but you get a huge amount of food. The ambiance is elegantly casual. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were a large group and the service was exceptional. Every person ended up ordering something different and everyone was thrilled with their food. My only complaint would be trying to find it again. The Villages are huge and I would definitely have to GPS it. Also, the parking is awful; everyone who lives there drives golf carts and there's no actual parking lot for the restaurant. If you do find it however, you won't be disappointed.”
