“I give the food quality a 5 star and the waitress quality a 2 star. So it evens out at 3 star. I dont like being ignored when I'm paying someone to wait on me. We saw our waitress 4 times. One when she sat us, two when she took our order, three when she brought us our food, and 4 when she brought the check. She never checked up or brought new drinks, but she definitely paid attention to the young men at the bar.... The food was phenomenal! The Smith and Wesson burger was soooo good. The chili dog was pretty monstrous for the price. I would definitely go back for the bomb food after being at the range.”

“I changed my review from a 2 to a 5 because Shannon the bartender was very good at her job, fast at giving service, attentive, and reasonable. I came in this past Friday 4/5 and received great service at the bar. Also, the garlic Parmesan Naked wings sealed the deal. Best wings I’ve had in a while. The cook should get a raise. Good experience. I’ll be returning to order more wings at some point! Better than winghouse.”

“I had an awesome experience here. Not once but four times now. The million dollar bacon is a real treat, I recommend it as a starter. Currently my most favorite item on the menu is the Chickichanga®. One word that describes this dish, exquisite. It has the right amount of kick and seasoning. The coffee is really quite good, robust and flavorful. My only negative so far... the Biscuits and Turkey Sausage Gravy with Eggs. I do NOT recommend this. It dried out my mouth and was really grainy. {If someone from first watch is reading this, regular sausage gravy would be much better(in my opinion) thank you} I will definitely be returning to try the other items, so far an A- from me.”

“Food is delicious and staff is friendly. Food is worth every penny and it's not expensive, particularly considering the portions. We had Chicken Pot Pie and salad. Either was worth the price we paid for them both. Excellent Chicken soup as well. Nice variety of menu items. We watched an interesting parade of selections as we were waiting for our meals. My group has already chosen this as next weeks luncheon choice. And we are a bunch of experienced, at eating, older chubby (Being kind) folks.In my opinion Cheddar's is a step above Cracker Barrel. We were told there are daily specials posted on Facebook. This is the best home away from home I have had in a very long time. I really can't conceive anyone considering the food here as mediocre. But we all have different experiences and tastes. If comfort food is a favorite of yours, don't deprive yourself of this experience.”

Edit: Removing a star. During the transition to the new Student Union Building, the menu setup, meal plan value, ordering line setup, and item availability was handled extremely poorly. Even to this day, the cashiers will all give different answers when asked what a meal plan gets you. Milkshakes are not always available, and the pickup line is a complete disaster. For an engineering school, these logistics could have been addressed much better well in advance of opening.”

“I've lived in this area and have always had great service. I left for a couple of years and wasn't sure what to expect. After standing in line at another local McDonald's and not receiving any attention from the staff, I wasn't sure if I even wanted McDonald's anymore. I'm glad I came. This McDonald's just fed me the best double cheeseburger I've had in a couple of years. The staff was smiling and working hard, even after a day of serving race fans preparing for the big race tomorrow. Work ethic! Great job guys. I'll be back.”
